Deborah D’Souza Vazirani, MHSA, DrPH

Dr. Vazirani provides grants expertise to Keller Partners in the areas of grant application management, strategic guidance, literature review, evaluation, and grant writing to the public and private sectors. Her expertise is in healthcare focused on public health, cardiovascular services, maternal/child health delivery systems and in diverse areas of program development and management, both domestically and internationally.

Dr. Vazirani is a dedicated project manager and a proven strategic thinker whose excellent writing ability has contributed to a range of government documents and publications. She has previously served as a Multi-Section Administrator at hospital systems throughout Pennsylvania, including MCP-Hahnemann School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, and as Director of Cardiovascular Services for Potomac Hospital in Virginia (now Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center).


Dr. Vazirani received her Doctor of Public Health degree from The Johns Hopkins University and her Bachelor’s degree from Trinity University – Washington, DC. Dr. Vazirani has been published in several peer-reviewed journals.
