Luke Para

Luke Parra serves as Analyst for Government Relations and Grant Services at Keller Partners where he analyzes data and research that supports the firm’s clients and assists the team. He possesses significant knowledge of the intricacies of the legislative and competitive grants processes.

After Luke joined the team at Keller Partners, he quickly found a passion for the firm's mission of connecting nonprofits to essential funding streams and advocating for their interests on Capitol Hill. Prior to joining Keller Partners, Luke was selected to work for a member of the State of Florida House of Representatives. Working with an influential member of the Florida House Appropriations Committee, he gained inside experience at the state level, which he also leverages for Keller Partners’ state government-focused clients.

Luke holds a Master’s degree in Russian Studies from Indiana University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is fluent in Russian and has lived in Ukraine, Russia, and Sweden.

Originally from Miami, Florida, Luke has become a seasoned player of beach volleyball. He also enjoys reading, history, and spending time with his family. He has a particular interest in the American Revolution, with Daniel Morgan being his favorite historical figure from that period.
